1. Use of theO'Coileain's ButcherSite
The O'Coileain's ButcherSiteprovides you free of charge for personal use subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using the O'Coileain's Butcher Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the O'Coileain's ButcherSite and all services provided in connection with it.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

We are currently do not provide any delivery, however, as the expansion for our business, the delivery sector will be available and the covering Dublin, Kildare, Meath and Wicklow Ireland.
5. Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the Goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
6. Returns/Options to cancel
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within seven days of their purchase being delivered. Giving the nature of the products, return an item to The O’Coileain’s Butchers isgiven at6 hours period, you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item over that time period. If you are however returning the items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective then The O’Coileain’s Butchers will refund in full.
7. Pricing
Our items to you will be charged at the price displayed on the website. If however an item is priced incorrectly, we will inform you of the correct price before proceeding with the order.
8. Warranties
The O’Coileain’s Butchers aims to provide our customers with high quality products at all times and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. With our quality standards we aim to provide high quality products to all our customers. Products are covered by our guarantee of freshness and any product will be replaced under a no quibble guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Irish Courts.
10. Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
11. Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless the down payment or any payment has been made (e.g. over the phone). Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually deliver the goods to you (in shop). At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
12. Payment
You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, or laser card. Your credit/laser card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
